Pricing and Timing

Deadline for applications is 1 April 2018. Exhibitors will be notified by 1 May 2018 if their applications have been successful. If you have not been successful in the first round of selection, you will be added to the waiting list.

Stand Prices and Sizes (all stand sizes are approximate)

Indy Maker Spotlight £250

2m x 2m  £450

3m x 2m £625

4m x 2m £800

40% of the stand cost will be invoiced and due upon acceptance, 40% will be due 1 August and the balance will be due 1 October. A late fee of £50 will be charged to exhibitors who have not paid by 15 October 2018.

If payment is not received by 15 October 2016, exhibitors will risk losing their stand as we invite exhibitors from the waiting list.

All payments must be made via direct bank transfer to the details supplied on your invoice. Please note that there may be additional fees for electrical plug-ins, lighting, etc. Table hire is first come first serve a rate of £10/table for the weekend.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stand. We regret that we are unable to refund fees after 31 August 2018.

If we are able to re-allocate your stand to a vendor on our waiting list we will refund your fees minus a £150 administration charge.
